Job Summary

Lead the development and maintenance of mission systems electronic and electrical requirements, translating customer and contract needs into system architecture, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications. Support statement-of-work and technical performance specs, validate designs through testing, and resolve integration issues across the product lifecycle. Use simulation/modeling and investigate emerging technologies to enable future product concepts for communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and electromagnetic systems. Required to work onsite in Daytona Beach.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or non-US equivalent related qualifications).
•Level 5: 14+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 12+ with a master’s, or 9+ with a PhD.
•Ability to develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements aligned to customer desires and contract requirements.
•Experience designing hardware, software, and interface specifications and ensuring traceability across the product lifecycle.
•Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) with a final Secret clearance pre-start required.
