Support North America supply chain reporting and budget processes for the Americas within the Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team. Drive financial visibility through scenario planning, variance analysis, and performance reporting, translating trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable insights. Build and streamline supply chain KPIs, and provide forecasting and ad hoc analysis that strengthen logistics and supply planning while improving process and cost performance.

•Own supply chain support department reporting and budget processes for the Americas region, ensuring financial visibility and alignment to business objectives.
•Support end-to-end supply chain operations using scenario planning and financial analysis for timely, data-driven decisions.
•Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for global logistics and supply planning to improve process and cost.
•Build, enhance, and streamline supply chain reporting and KPI’s to improve visibility into operational and financial performance.
•Lead variance analysis, performance reporting, and ad hoc forecasting/analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
