Showroom Customer Service Representative

Provide in-person customer support on the showroom floor and help customers meet their needs through product knowledge, timely quotations, and accurate order processing. Partner with Outside Sales Associates and Showroom Sales consultants by performing administrative tasks, updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls with general information. Work a Tuesday–Friday schedule plus Saturdays, with flexibility to maintain a 40-hour week.
