Job Summary

Maintain and optimize Bulk Chemical Delivery systems that supply critical chemicals and gases to semiconductor manufacturing. Support analytical metrology tools through maintenance and troubleshooting, take samples from chemical/gas equipment, and partner with engineering and vendors to oversee preventive maintenance and repairs. Use ICP-MS and other analytical techniques to run samples for troubleshooting and characterization, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and purity/efficiency in a shift-based onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn Bulk Chemical Delivery system operations and provide ongoing operational support.
•Maintain and troubleshoot analytical metrology tools used to monitor chemical delivery systems.
•Pull samples from equipment such as blenders, tanks, and other chemical/gas systems.
•Coordinate with engineering and/or vendors to maintain analytical equipment in BCD areas, including PMs and repairs.
•Run ICP-MS and other analytical techniques to support troubleshooting and characterization.

Key Requirements

•HS/GED or higher non-semi degree with 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience, or at least 2.5 years of relevant equipment experience.
•AA/AS in STEM with 2+ years of experience related to equipment maintenance.
•Experience with chemical distribution systems and knowledge of analytical chemistry laboratory functions and instruments.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (preferred) with 6+ months of relevant experience.
•Hands-on experience preparing samples and running ICP-MS analytical techniques (preferred).
