Job Summary

Build and optimize the architecture for a live broadcast recommendation system, ensuring stability, high availability, and low-latency performance. Own design and development of live broadcast SaaS recommendation services, improving online service and offline data flow performance, resolving bottlenecks, and reducing costs. Drive large-scale systems work for high concurrency and throughput, support large-scale machine-learning optimization, and develop core software components and testing/validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop live broadcast recommendation architecture for TikTok and affiliated products, solving architecture optimization problems.
•Support design and development of live broadcast SaaS recommendation systems and deliver core recommendation capabilities to partners.
•Optimize architecture abstraction and processes for recommendation scenarios, supporting large-scale machine learning optimization.
•Improve system stability, performance, and scalability for large-scale systems with high concurrency and throughput, including cost reduction.
•Research, design, and implement computer and network software components; update software and develop testing/validation procedures, collaborating with hardware engineers to define system specifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
•Experience programming with languages including C, C++, Java, or Golang.
•Strong programming ability with excellent design and code style, and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
•Experience in at least one of personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks.
•Effective communication skills, ownership, and drive.
