Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop live broadcast recommendation architecture for TikTok and affiliated products, solving architecture optimization problems.
  • •Support design and development of live broadcast SaaS recommendation systems and deliver core recommendation capabilities to partners.
  • •Optimize architecture abstraction and processes for recommendation scenarios, supporting large-scale machine learning optimization.
  • •Improve system stability, performance, and scalability for large-scale systems with high concurrency and throughput, including cost reduction.
  • •Research, design, and implement computer and network software components; update software and develop testing/validation procedures, collaborating with hardware engineers to define system specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Experience programming with languages including C, C++, Java, or Golang.
  • •Strong programming ability with excellent design and code style, and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
  • •Experience in at least one of personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks.
  • •Effective communication skills, ownership, and drive.
