Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department responsibilities and ensuring instructions are carried out timely and correctly.
  • •Monitor equipment, notify the Supervisor of needed maintenance, and maintain a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Support day-to-day fillet packing operations, including department set-up.
  • •Ensure USDA, production, and HACCP requirements are met in the area, including monitoring shoulder cuts and mechanical issues with packers.
