Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead matrixed cross-functional teams across design, fab, assembly, test, quality, and operations to define and execute the product Plan of Record (POR).
  • •Drive end-to-end development of photonic ICs (PICs), electronic ICs (EICs), and manufacturing process technologies through production ramp.
  • •Evaluate technical tradeoffs across performance, quality, cost, schedule, and risk to support informed decision-making.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and prevent technical/execution risks using contingency planning and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Drive manufacturing readiness activities including wafer-start planning, qualification strategy, capacity analysis, customer sampling, and assembly/test site certification.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years relevant industry experience, or a Master's with 4+ years relevant experience.
  • •3+ years experience in high-speed optical component/product development, silicon photonics development, semiconductor fabrication process development, wafer-level assembly/packaging development, or test development/validation.
  • •Experience in silicon photonics, optical transceivers, or semiconductor product development.
  • •3+ years semiconductor fab process experience OR 3+ years assembly, packaging, or manufacturing process experience.
