Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver accurate and timely Australian payroll, including review of calculations, outputs and reconciliations.
  • •Manage complex payroll transactions, discrepancies, over/underpayments and employee queries.
  • •Provide expert advice on Australian payroll legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and employee entitlements.
  • •Oversee time and attendance inputs and resolve exceptions with operational teams.
  • •Manage external payroll and system providers, validate outputs, maintain payroll controls and support transition to shared services through testing and knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements
