Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert IT operations support to internal business partners.
  • •Administer enterprise platforms including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack Enterprise Grid, Jira, and AWS.
  • •Manage US IT logistics and IT asset lifecycle management, including equipment purchasing, inventorying, and shipping.
  • •Implement and improve IT services delivery by evaluating operations services and automating workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in an IT Operations role supporting enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
  • •Strong IT operations support skills with a root-cause mindset and scalable solution mindset.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of macOS, including using the terminal command line and performing log analysis.
  • •Experience with key IT processes such as incident management, change management, and release management.
  • •Autonomous work skills: prioritize competing intake pipelines and know when to escalate; excellent written and verbal English.
