Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day server maintenance and operations for Enterprise ESRI GIS Portal/ArcGIS Enterprise, VMware/VCenter, and Microsoft-based infrastructure including Windows servers and Active Directory.
  • •Administer, maintain, and support Theater Geospatial Database (TGD) systems, LAN systems, endpoints, and required hardware/software across SIPR and NIPR networks.
  • •Perform Windows security patch management, ensure anti-virus updates, handle vulnerability scanning, and support security compliance (STIG, RMF, IAVA).
  • •Design and manage Enterprise ArcGIS/TGD architecture and end-to-end software/hardware life cycle, including backups, OS image deployment, and secure security package updates via PowerShell/scripts.
  • •Troubleshoot complex system problems, manage trouble tickets, provide customer technical support and training, and coordinate IT procurement/LCR processes and required documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,075 - 132,766 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience as a system administrator with comprehensive knowledge of system administration duties and responsibilities.
  • •Active unexpired IAT-III or IAM-II certification (DoD 8570.01-M / DoDD 8140).
  • •Must hold Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance and SCI access.
  • •Preferred experience in VMware and VDI.
  • •CASP Certification.
