Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver IT services for a site or multiple sites, supporting processes and end-user support.
  • •Manage IT service delivery activities, including user support processes and IT asset management (procurement, configuration, repair, licensing, and security/telephony systems).
  • •Provide L1/L2 workstation deployment support and L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
  • •Troubleshoot and support application/software and hardware issues, including printer and multi-function device management; perform data backup and restore.
  • •Support network and server infrastructure activities (LAN switches and access points, network documentation, monitoring tools, and server patching/updates) and handle documentation/knowledge base updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies.
  • •Ability to provide L1/L2 support for standard workstation deployment and support.
  • •Ability to provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments.
  • •Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written); Windows/Cisco certifications are a plus, and ITIL Foundations is desirable.
