Key Responsibilities

•Regularly monitor and analyze recruiting, staffing, and financial progress against plans and provide recommendations to Division leadership for resource reallocation.
•Partner with Division and Anduril leadership to build out and run the staffing machine as the organization scales from hundreds to thousands of personnel.
•Collaborate with Business Operations, Analytics, and Finance teams to build infrastructure to monitor and optimize demand vs. supply of employees.
•Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation, tackling ambiguous problems with little prescription.
•Help shepherd cross-functional groups of stakeholders toward decisions on strategic issues using first principles thinking and iterative analysis.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role; experience in a high-growth technology company or starting a venture is heavily considered.
•Ability to act as a thought partner, translating operational problems into data problems and executing on them.
•High ownership and low ego with a strong outcomes orientation and humility.
•Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; able to move without direction and manage time effectively.
•Comfortable communicating broadly with visibility to large groups and senior leadership; excited to structure problems with clear frameworks and perform rapid learning.
