Key Responsibilities

  • •Own analysis shaping product and marketing decisions, including channel performance, acquisition cost, conversion, and customer booking/return behaviour.
  • •Improve marketing attribution models by blending click-level data with modelled credit and uncovering value hidden in what can’t be directly tracked.
  • •Build and ship intermediate dbt models so analyses aren’t blocked by dependencies.
  • •Run experiment analysis end to end: help size tests, read results honestly, and clearly state what can and can’t be concluded.
  • •Build reporting in Hex with self-serve capability and define/document shared metrics for the business.

  • •Commercial instincts to translate business questions into the right metrics and recognize when results look too good to be true.

  • •Strong multi-tasking and project skills to manage multiple analyses and ensure they move to completion.
  • •Deeply comfortable using AI tools natively (including chaining systems via MCP if applicable) and checking the quality of what comes back.
