Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a forklift and/or skid steer to lift and move materials, machines, and products in multiple directions safely.
  • •Strictly adhere to Metals Recycling Business Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including wearing required PPE and following safety protocols.
  • •Assist with cleaning, yard/facility cleanup, and maintenance to maintain plant operations.
  • •Complete required paperwork for forklift and/or skid steer operations and report equipment deficiencies or malfunctions.
  • •Perform basic scrap sorting and assist with special projects or other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Must hold valid forklift and/or skid steer certification, if required in the state or province you are applying to work.
