Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end optimization and growth strategy across the U.S. and Canada for Zurich-owned digital properties and embedded partner purchase flows.
  • •Interpret direct-to-consumer and partner business strategies, translating commercial objectives and constraints into experimentation and growth agendas.
  • •Conductor of experimentation inputs to build a single prioritized optimization roadmap across product, data science, UX, content, and analytics.
  • •Define and sequence what to test and where to focus experimentation on highest-value strategic opportunities.
  • •Ensure optimization activity complies with legal, compliance, brand, accessibility, and partner requirements, and communicate executive-level reporting and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in digital, growth, optimization, experimentation, or related fields, including senior program leadership experience.
  • •Ability to understand business and partner strategy and translate it into experimentation priorities, hypotheses, and long-term learning agendas.
  • •Proven success influencing and mobilizing cross-functional teams without direct line management responsibility.
  • •Experience with test-and-learn methodologies, experimental design, A/B and multivariate testing, and optimization programs at scale.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect experimentation outcomes to broader business and partner performance.
