Job Summary

Join NVIDIA in Taiwan as an HR Generalist supporting a fast-growing R&D engineering organization. You’ll partner with engineering leaders and global HR CoEs to tailor HR plans, manage key employee lifecycle events, guide performance management, and help roll out global HR initiatives to staff, onboard, develop, and retain top engineering talent across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support engineering groups with a global footprint and growth, aligning HR activities with business goals.
•Build partnerships with engineering leaders to implement tailored HR plans and programs aligned with business goals.
•Collaborate closely with global functional HR CoEs to ensure flawless, localized support.
•Support key employee lifecycle achievements, including salary planning, salary action approvals, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling.
•Handle employee relations matters with insight and clarity, guiding leaders through performance management and cascading global policies locally, and participate in the global program build and roll-out of HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of client-facing HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology or R&D environment.
•Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on HR data; sophisticated Excel capabilities and hands-on proficiency with modern HRIS platforms (such as Workday).
•Deep knowledge in at least two core HR subject areas (e.g., employee relations, compensation, learning & development, compliance, or recruitment).
•Proven track record to navigate cross-functional organizational structures and manage sophisticated projects with agility.
