Direct and develop a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability through merchandising, operations, and community connection while following company standards. Supervise floor coverage, open/close store as scheduled, support training and store programs, and help achieve financial and operational goals including loss prevention and weekly reporting.
