Commercial Lines Select Business Account Manager - Hybrid or Remote (E.S.T.)

Serve a defined set of commercial insurance client accounts by managing day-to-day client servicing, renewal, and marketing activities. Build relationships with clients and carrier contacts, draft and review proposals and renewal presentations, and maintain accurate client files in the agency management system. Communicate directly with clients and carriers with approval, respond to billing questions, and collaborate with more senior team members to deliver services efficiently.
