Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the creative direction and design strategy for the Tailoring category, aligning collections with brand vision and customer needs.
  • •Research global fashion trends and translate insights into emerging product opportunities that balance innovation, fashion credibility, and commercial performance.
  • •Develop seasonal concepts including colour palettes, fabric direction, silhouettes, key items, and styling approaches.
  • •Create detailed design packs, CADs, and technical briefs, and partner with Product Development and suppliers on fabric, trims, and finishes.
  • •Own fit and silhouette direction through fittings with Technical teams, analyze trade performance and feedback, and present concepts to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in a Tailoring Design role, ideally within a fast-paced fashion retailer or contemporary fashion brand.
  • •Excellent understanding of tailoring construction, fit principles, fabrications, and garment finishing techniques.
  • •Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate insight into commercially successful product.
  • •Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD development.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
