Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain compliance regulations related to the position.
  • •Train and coach Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates on equipment troubleshooting and product knowledge.
  • •Travel to Pump locations within the territory (Southwest) to help train, repair, coach, and mentor technicians, territory account managers, and customers.
  • •Develop multi-skill-level Pump training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialists and Field Service Mechanics.
  • •Engineer and manage large projects, including assisting Territory Account Managers with technical sales applications.
