Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic partner to VP-level client leaders, providing counsel, feedback, and presentation coaching during Pacific Time core hours.
  • •Develop quality executive materials including leader-voice Slack posts and email notes, thought leadership, all-hands narratives, org change communications, and short-form scripts.
  • •Translate deeply technical work into compelling messages for both technical and non-technical employee audiences.
  • •Design and produce high-impact connection moments (all-hands, forums, leadership offsites), including defining the narrative, building presentations, and coaching presenters.
  • •Serve as a trusted editor to strengthen team standards and scale channel quality; lead or support change management, crisis communications, and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in strategic internal communications, editorial, or journalism, with a relevant degree (Journalism, Communications, PR, or related field).
  • •Exceptional writing and editing skills to transform dense or messy drafts into clear, deadline-ready communications.
  • •Demonstrated fluency with AI and technical subject matter, with genuine curiosity about product development.
  • •Proven editorial judgment and news sense, with strong instincts for what matters to the audience.
  • •End-to-end communications execution across planning, research, writing, editing, distribution, and measurement, including designing comms programs and channels.
