Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess, record, and report on student development and progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • •Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet diverse learner needs.
  • •Prepare students for internal and external examinations and communicate progress to parents, colleagues, and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • •Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience teaching English to high school or secondary students (Years 7–13).
  • •Experience with the British National Curriculum, IGCSE, or A-Level programmes is highly desirable.
  • •Exceptional classroom management and ability to create an effective learning environment.
