Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding new and existing customer relationships. Deliver deposit, credit, and convenience product solutions through consultative conversations, meeting branch and individual sales targets. Support team sales processes by addressing client needs directly or referring to internal specialists. Cross-train to handle teller transactions and advise on consumer lending options while following internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
