Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and on the phone through building and expanding client relationships.
  • •Meet client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services focused on developing, expanding, and retaining relationships.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and act on or refer more complex client needs to internal specialists.
  • •Cross-train to perform required teller duties as needed, including completing teller transactions and supporting client greeting and navigation within the branch.
  • •Advise on consumer lending options, take loan applications, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies for compliance.
