Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in implementing and continuously improving SHEQ management systems and processes for the accountable area/organization.
  • •Perform field workplace inspections and task observations, facilitating hazard and risk assessments and recommending mitigation measures.
  • •Report hazards, accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances promptly, and conduct accident/incident investigations with immediate actions.
  • •Coordinate and participate in HSE meetings, inspections, audits, and observations; attend daily prestart meetings and support safety learning sharing.
  • •Develop OSH training needs and programs, monitor protective equipment standards and use, and review and report SHEQ weekly and monthly KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in OSH or trade-qualified Mechanical or Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of work experience in safety.
  • •Knowledge of Mongolian HSE legal requirements.
  • •Good communication skills (oral & written) and sound report writing skills.
  • •Good English skills (writing & speaking).
