Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time

Lead the store team to deliver unforgettable consumer experiences while driving sales and supporting daily retail operations. You’ll manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, POS system activities, stockroom replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and loyalty program promotion. Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate tasks across teams and oversee store-wide execution, while serving as a brand ambassador and ensuring compliance with Crocs asset protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention policies.
