As you grow, expand solutions from what works into reusable knowledge that improves future accounts—right up to powering the product, alongside the founders.

Key Responsibilities

•Land small accounts via short calls and demonstrate how to build workflows that couldn’t be done with generic tools.
•Land and collaborate with larger accounts over days in their offices to understand growth strategy and build tailored workflows.
•Build and ship what’s needed inside Leadbay’s MCP product and MCP acquisition funnel.
•Use MCP to act as a living example of the most efficient sales rep workflow.
•Within the first 30/60/90 days, rapidly meet users, ship agentic systems, build a library of what works, and expand skills and workflow delivery to bigger customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,000 - 5,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Technically capable and able to combine hands-on building with strong social communication.
•Can write Python and build AI-powered side projects, iterating quickly with new tools.
•Comfortable shipping hacky solutions that work today rather than perfect ones later.
•Able to make judgment calls and work effectively with customers, including handling uncertainty (“I don’t know, let me go find out”).
•Can demonstrate what you built and shipped (repo/tool/automation) and present it as part of the deployment case process.
