Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional and technical support for retail Business Intelligence technologies supporting planning, buying, and merchandising.
  • •Support SAP and retail core applications including master data management, pricing/costing, purchase orders, allocations/transfers, inventory, replenishment, and markdown management.
  • •Lead requirement analysis and solution design for new projects and enhancements, working with business users to complete BRDs.
  • •Collaborate with SI partners to review solutions and guide project phases from design through deploy, including walkthroughs and review of effort, costs, and timelines.
  • •Troubleshoot and improve integrations and application behavior using root-cause analysis and preventive fixes across in-house and external systems.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of Retail ERP experience desired.
  • •Proven experience supporting SAP and retail BI applications, including master data management (merchandise hierarchy, items, locations, pricing, costing, and inventory-related data).
  • •Experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple in-house and external systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS data and integration technologies, including Redshift and Databricks, and AWS services used for building integrations (REST) and data workflows.
  • •Bachelors/ Masters/ Engineering in Computer Science or a relevant field; Oracle Retail Functional certification is preferred.
