Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and leadership across the Facilities function.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of supervisors and facilities professionals.
  • •Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs across the Centre.
  • •Manage whole-of-life asset management, including lifecycle planning, capital works, and repair-versus-replace decisions.
  • •Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, regulatory, environmental, safety, and security requirements while managing contractor performance and operational/capital budgets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading facilities, maintenance, asset management, or similar operations in a large, complex or highly regulated environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams through supervisors, frontline leaders, or managers.
  • •Experience managing contractors and service providers in a performance-based environment with a focus on safety, compliance, and value for money.
  • •Experience managing operational and capital budgets, business planning, and resource allocation.
  • •Relevant qualifications in facilities management, property management, engineering, building services, business management or related discipline (highly regarded), plus a valid driver’s licence.
