Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR Business Partner support: design and steer operational HR topics in close collaboration with leaders and the works council.
  • •Handle day-to-day HR responsibilities from recruiting through personal development to consequential management.
  • •Advise leadership on matters related to operational co-determination.
  • •Connect Airbus Logistik specialist areas with relevant interfaces across the Airbus Group.
  • •Identify process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and contribute to organizational development.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree focused on HR/people topics (e.g., business/social sciences, psychology, or related fields).
  • •Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the industrial/blue-collar sector.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience working with leaders and the works council.
  • •Agile, hands-on mindset with resilience and the ability to adapt to change.
  • •Negotiation-level German (C1) and very good English; IT affinity with MS Office or Google Workspace and Workday know-how preferred.
