Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end ML solution design including feature pipelines, model architecture, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment strategies.
  • •Oversee scalable ML pipelines for training, inference, monitoring, and automated retraining.
  • •Drive model validation and experimentation, including bias analysis, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation.
  • •Ensure production readiness with robust logging, observability, model/version tracking, and monitoring of drift or degradation.
  • •Coach and mentor ML engineers, collaborate with MLOps and platform teams, and support troubleshooting of production ML issues to improve performance and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • •Certifications in ML/AI (TensorFlow, Databricks, AWS/GCP/Azure ML) are preferred.
  • •7–10 years of experience delivering ML systems or data-driven applications, including 2–3 years in technical leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operationalizing ML models (forecasting, recommendations, classification, NLP, etc.) using cloud-native ML platforms such as GCP Vertex AI or Azure ML.
  • •Advanced Python proficiency and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), plus distributed processing (Spark, Beam) and strong ML lifecycle management (feature engineering, evaluation, bias detection, explainable AI, CI/CD for ML).
