Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a credible authority and partner to senior business leadership, advising on business strategy and transformation of core operating systems.
  • •Oversee development and execution of the CMP to ensure components operate effectively to identify and mitigate risks.
  • •Manage evolution of compliance risk management by challenging control adequacy and facilitating corrective actions for process breakdowns.
  • •Promote a culture of compliance risk management and balanced risk taking, ensuring monitoring to detect process breakdowns and drive corrective action.
  • •Represent the organization as needed in engagements with external regulators (e.g., CFPB, OCC, FRB) and report compliance results to senior management and the Board as appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,300 - 256,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk management, or regulatory roles within affiliated marketing, on-line retail or financial services.
  • •At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with business clients.
  • •Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or MA) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
  • •5+ years of people management experience.
