Lead a team of data scientists tackling core marketplace challenges across growth, discovery, incentives, ads, ranking, and ecosystem health. Own measurement and experimentation strategy, building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and diagnostic systems, and raising the quality of test design and interpretation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety to drive analytical strategy for major investments, improve data usage with scalable frameworks, and develop your team while staying hands-on.
