Own end-to-end program management for payroll, compensation, and compliance system implementations, turning ambiguous, high-regulatory problems into scalable solutions. Drive payroll processing excellence across multi-state, multi-entity operations, including year-long HCM implementation work. Maintain SOX controls (documentation, testing, remediation, monitoring) and support SOX audits with Internal Audit, Finance, and external auditors. Implement security controls for sensitive people data and lead change management as systems and processes evolve.
