Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site investigations, analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with design for projects in buildings, roads, water, and structures.
  • •Provide construction observation services to ensure works meet design specifications.
  • •Grow and develop geotechnical engineering capacity in the New Plymouth office and wider Taranaki / Manawatu-Whanganui Region.
  • •Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver consultancy services.
  • •Ensure adherence to New Zealand design codes and standards and maintain quality in deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering
  • •Experience with New Zealand design codes and standards
  • •Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
  • •Preferably minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in a related discipline
  • •Experience providing consultancy services (site investigations, analysis, reporting, design, and construction observation)
