Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary customer quality lead for strategic customers, driving customer satisfaction, quality performance, and issue resolution across the product lifecycle.
  • •Own customer quality scorecards, lead critical escalations and root-cause investigations, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reliability, and field performance.
  • •Support new product introductions by providing technical guidance on customer issues and failure analysis.
  • •Lead customer audits and executive reviews, acting as the voice of the customer within AMD.
  • •Use data-driven insights and process improvements to strengthen customer relationships and improve operational excellence and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in semiconductor, electronics, server, networking, or data center industries.
  • •Experience in Customer Quality Engineering, Product Quality, Reliability Engineering, Failure Analysis, or Technical Customer Support.
  • •Experience supporting hyperscale cloud customers, OEMs, ODMs, or large enterprise accounts.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, qualification, reliability, packaging, and test operations.
  • •Familiarity with structured quality methodologies including 8D, RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
