Job Summary

Own regional partner development for APAC across integration, solution/SI, cloud, marketplace, and startups. Localize and activate globally sourced partnerships, build and maintain a partner pipeline, and ensure partner programs translate for APAC customers. Coordinate with sub-function leads, adapt global strategy to APAC market realities, and represent Supabase at partner and developer events while building senior relationships. Role is based in Singapore with a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, prioritise, and close new partners across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace, and startup motions where APAC coverage is missing.
•Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all partner functions.
•Localise and activate globally sourced partnerships in APAC, including co-selling, co-marketing, and commercial terms where needed.
•Ensure existing partner programs and benefits translate correctly for APAC customers, partners, and startups.
•Coordinate with sub-function leads to translate global partnership strategy into regional execution and adapt it to APAC market conditions.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles, with direct experience onboarding and running partnerships within APAC.

•Experience building a regional function for a company previously concentrated in another region.
•Strong commercial judgement across varied partner types and counterparties.
•Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication, including making a case when regional realities diverge from global strategy.
