Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Use a broad technology stack (e.g., PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, VectorDBs) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Serve as an NLP expert to harness LLM power, including adapting and fine-tuning for customer-facing applications and features.
  • •Build ML/NLP models end-to-end—design, training, evaluation, validation—and work with engineering teams to operationalize them in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80M+ customers.
  • •Translate technical work into tangible business goals and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,400 - 280,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in a quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience, or Master’s in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration) plus 5 years, or a PhD plus 2 years, with the degree expected by the start date.
  • •At least 2 years of experience leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •At least 2 years of experience working with machine learning.
  • •At least 2 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
  • •Experience with Python, Scala, or R and SQL (preferred).
