  • •Own the design and delivery of Engineering onboarding for new engineers across North America and EMEA.
  • •Lead hands-on learning experiences in San Francisco and support virtual/regional onboarding programming.
  • •Partner with Engineering leaders and subject-matter experts to build and maintain technical onboarding content.
  • •Translate AI-first engineering practices into practical learning experiences covering agent-assisted development, code review, testing, CI, deployment, observability, and production support.
  • •Coordinate across Recruiting, Learning, People Ops, IT, Facilities, Finance, and regional partners to ensure cohorts have required access, equipment, and support; gather feedback to continuously improve the program.
