Senior Quantity Surveyor (QA)

Prepare and manage cost aspects of civil and building projects from inception through final account. Support commercial and contractual correspondence, administer subcontractors, and manage client site instructions, variation orders, interim valuations, and claims. Oversee payment applications, subcontract valuation/certifications, and monthly cost reconciliations, cost-to-complete reporting, and profitability projections. Coordinate tendering and package preparation in line with approved terms and templates.
