Job Summary

Lead the Data Analytics function within the UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO GCC, combining hands-on analytics delivery with dual people leadership. You’ll manage a team, standardise scalable reporting solutions across project portfolios, and oversee end-to-end analytics (data ingestion, transformation, validation, dashboards, and insight generation). Drive automation and Power Platform enablement using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python to improve governance, auditability, and near real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Data Analytics professionals within the GCC, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and performance reviews.
•Define and implement standardised, scalable reporting solutions aligned to PMO governance standards, including dashboards, templates, KPIs, and common data models.
•Oversee end-to-end analytics delivery (data ingestion, transformation/modeling, validation/QA-QC, dashboard development, insight generation) with quality, governance, auditability, and repeatability.
•Lead Power BI dashboarding and interactive reporting to support project controls performance, programme/portfolio reporting, cost/commercial insights, risk/issue visibility, and leadership reviews.
•Drive Power Platform enablement and automation by adopting Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline PMO and project reporting processes, converting manual work into automated workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
•8–12 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI/PMO Reporting/Project Controls Analytics/Management Information roles.
•Proven experience leading and managing Data Analytics professionals, including workload allocation, mentoring, performance management, and delivery governance.
•Strong hands-on experience in Power Platform and SQL, with reporting and automation solutions.
•Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics use cases.
