Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain UK-aligned compliance frameworks and guide regulatory readiness for market entry, licensing, and supervision.
  • •Serve as the primary contact with the FCA and relevant UK bodies, interpreting regulatory changes and advising strategy.
  • •Build policies and controls for AML, KYC, data privacy, consumer duty, distribution, and claims-related compliance.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, implement remediation, and establish monitoring, testing, and reporting processes for ongoing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in financial services, insurance, insurtech, or fintech.
  • •Deep understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and consumer duty requirements.
  • •Experience building and running compliance programs, including designing policies and conducting risk assessments.
  • •Experience in compliance for digital platforms, distribution, or insurance products (preferred).
