Job Summary

Manage end-to-end consulting projects in earth and environmental services, including site characterization and remediation, environmental permitting and compliance, and water/wastewater treatment. Own budgets, scope, schedules, and resourcing while coordinating multi-discipline teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Apply project management best practices, track performance using tools like MS Excel, and lead risk identification and mitigation. Client-facing role with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage project life cycle activities from initiation through closure for earth and environmental consulting services.
•Own budgets, scope, schedules, resourcing, and client satisfaction while coordinating with professionals across the U.S.
•Use project management tools, methods, and best practices to plan and manage projects aligned with stakeholder expectations.
•Coordinate team activities by understanding project scope/objectives and the roles of each team member.
•Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks using risk registers, and uphold workplace safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Business, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3-5 years of post-education work experience.
•Demonstrated experience with project financial tracking and change management related to scopes of work.
•Understanding and adherence to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI).
•Experience identifying and mitigating project risks, including developing risk registers.
