Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations and supervise team execution.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, supporting succession planning and performance management.
  • •Ensure alignment on strategic plans, goals, objectives, and adherence to operating standards and policies.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification execution.
  • •Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement while maintaining health and safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with performance management.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license and ability to work overtime/weekends; must be at least 18 years old.
