Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1/L2 functional support to Business Central Finance users.
  • •Analyze user questions and incidents to determine whether issues relate to process, data, setup, or functionality.

  • •Support Finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and taxes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • •Around 2 years of relevant ERP, application support, or functional consulting experience.
  • •Previous functional ERP support experience, with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV strongly preferred.
  • •Good understanding of business processes, with highly desirable Finance and accounting process knowledge.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset for working with end users.
