Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage orders and commercial operations including EDI transmissions, allocations, confirmations, cancellations, invoices, debit/credit notes, deliveries, and coordination with external providers.
  • •Handle customer inquiries within set timeframes, serving as the key interface for deliveries, claims, timelines, exchanges, and returns.
  • •Review orderbook with the Senior Account Manager and global logistics team to identify risks to on-time deliveries and sales/strategic objectives, and drive aligned actions.
  • •Ensure purchase-order accuracy by reviewing data and routing guides to prevent costly claims and charge-backs.
  • •Coordinate customer onboarding/setup, monitor payment status with Credit Management Specialist and Sales, and support customer service principles to Sales Managers.

Key Requirements
