Key Responsibilities

  • •Review payroll related journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Ensure payroll transactions are recorded per accounting policies and timelines; investigate and resolve aged balances.
  • •Allocate payroll costs accurately by entity and cost center and support month-close deliverables.
  • •Assist with year-end activities including bonus accrual true-ups and audit support.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements; support internal/external audits with documentation and query resolution, and drive process improvements via automation/standardization and SOP documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • •4–7 years of experience in payroll accounting, RTR, or financial accounting.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • •Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, HFM, Blackline or similar).
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze, solve problems, and collaborate with stakeholders.
