Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the security operations with regards to statistics, logistics, roster patterns and administration etc.
  • •Conduct effective performance reviews, implementation of training/development initiatives and consistent application of company policy.
  • •Maintain documents, manuals and records for auditing purposes, ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • •Contribute in the review of standard operating procedures, contracts and other relevant documents that have an impact on operations.
  • •Conduct random and routine audit checks of processes involved in EKFC handling at both landside and airside operations to heighten the barriers against unlawful interference.
  • •Collate information and produce reports for management with the aim of protecting the safety and security of the passengers, aircraft personnel, cargo and assets of the Company.
  • •Oversee the operations handling of EK lost and found items, detect areas of improvement and suggest any changes to processes.

  • •Experience in aviation, supervision and root cause analysis would be advantageous.
