Job Summary

Own OpEx consolidation and HQ budget management for Cisco’s Workplace Technology Group (WTG) engineering organization. Partner with central corporate finance, finance controllers, and business operations leaders to deliver accurate monthly/quarterly reporting and forecasting, manage headcount cost models and discretionary OpEx spend, and monitor budget favorability. Improve the consolidation workflow with automation and AI tooling while adapting models through frequent organizational restructurings.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary consolidation point of contact between central finance and WTG business units, translating top-down budget commitments into actionable plans.
•Lead monthly and quarterly OpEx reporting and forecasting for WTG HQ admin and strategy & planning organizations.
•Manage and maintain headcount cost models and govern discretionary OpEx spend across contracted services, software, equipment, travel, training, recruiting, relocation, and cross-charges.
•Partner with business operations stakeholders to provide actuals performance updates and flag risks or favorability versus budget commitments.
•Identify and manage budget favorability to strategically fund product roadmap acceleration, while improving reporting via automation and AI tooling.
