Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and stock inventory accurately, monitor quality and rotation following HACCP and food-handling standards
  • •Use handheld devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and coordinate handoffs to Dashers
  • •Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers via the app, especially for substitutions or approvals
  • •Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and complete assigned organization tasks
  • •Support runners/dashers and guide them to pickup locations, plus assist in parking lot management where applicable

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 18 years of age or older
  • •Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare, or similar industries where you perform a variety of tasks
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (depending on site requirements) and be on your feet for long periods
  • •Willingness to learn basic kitchen skills and food preparation where applicable
  • •Strong communication and problem-solving skills; eager to contribute to a team environment
