Commercial Counsel (EMEA)

Support Multiplier’s commercial operations across EMEA by leading high-volume contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, and maintaining regional templates and standard terms. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, and other stakeholders to provide practical legal advice. Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensure contractual compliance with local and regional regulations, and help develop and enforce commercial policies and procedures.
