Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute commercial negotiations for customer contracts and strategic partnerships across EMEA during EMEA working hours.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and NDAs.
  • •Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms for regional consistency and efficiency.
  • •Provide commercially-minded legal advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day commercial matters.
  • •Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensure contract compliance with local and regional laws, and support development of commercial policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
  • •Proven experience leading contract drafting, review, and high-stakes commercial negotiation.
  • •Strong understanding of international contract law and commercial regulations.
  • •Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly in English and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
